Product Description
This machine is mounted on the rear three-point hitch of a large four-wheel tractor via a hitch frame, with its gearbox connected to the tractor’s PTO shaft. When in operation, the ripper shovels dig into the soil (adjustable via the tractor’s top link for depth) to lift medicinal herb rhizomes with soil clods onto the vibrating screen, which shakes off partial soil.
The mixture then moves to the front conveyor belt (more soil seeps through), where the front press roller crushes large clods, followed by further crushing by the rear press roller group. On the rear conveyor belt, crushed soil seeps away, and the separated rhizomes are conveyed to the machine’s tail and laid flat on the ground automatically for easy collection.
Land wheel height is adjustable with telescopic rods for different harvesting depths. This innovative combined harvester integrates digging, soil crushing, separation and collection, adapts to all soil types, and boasts high efficiency.
